All service pin orders are processed by the Office of the Vice-President Equity, People and Culture. When your order is ready, the Executive Assistant will contact you by email to arrange a pickup date. Orders can only be picked up by the Requestor or Requestor's designate. A valid YU-card or other government issued photo ID must be presented at the time of pickup (visual verification only) for order to be released.
